Good products, fast and careful shipping (and green since the shipping boxes are recycled, good for the planet).

Order placed: 5-day pack without snacks. The packaging was completely neutral. A simple 5-day pack sticker would have been welcome to brighten up the pack. Why not put one or two samples, small products to test for those who also order packs? In any case, I'm discovering freeze-dried and I like it. I'd recommend it. Bonne continuation Fabrice

Thank you very much for your feedback and for your confidence. We are currently thinking about personalizing the packaging for our packs. As for the samples, it's a good idea to offer some when a pack is ordered, we'll think about it. :-) Thanks in any case for your compliments and see you soon. Sébastien from the Lyo team

No worries at all. The item was out of stock when I ordered it and everything was very clear. It was available on time, and I was informed every step of the way. In the end it was quick (because it was very quick afterwards) so perfect. The seat is really as described. Very good item
