Hello, your parcel was indeed sent on Monday 25/11 (carriers do not collect parcels at weekends) and the parcel was made available on 27/11. However, the relay point didn't flash the parcel and so you didn't receive the information sms. According to the tracking system, you did receive it a few days later. Rapidez en la entrega ,bien empaquetado ,pero es algo que guardamos para una emergencia y no hemos probado nada aún como es lógico .Espero no necesitarlo y antes de su vencimiento ya lo consumiré . Un solo pero ,les faltan muchos productos en el stock que espero vayan recibiendo . Tuve algunos problemas al principio con la nueva página web pero se solucionaron . Agradecido ,saludos cordiales
