Response from GILI’S
Hello Jérémy,
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
After checking, your order was indeed prepared and shipped within 24 hours, in accordance with our deadlines.
However, it seems that a delay occurred at the Colissimo sorting center in Bouches-du-Rhône, independent of our will.
We understand that this setback has been frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We hope to have the opportunity to offer you a better experience on your next order.
See you soon,
The GILI'S team
