Very beautiful product. Speed of delivery. One point to review is the size guide which does not correspond to the size of the pants. The problem is that it is not possible to exchange. Therefore, you have to reorder the returned item in case of a size issue while waiting for the refund of the returned item.
I had an issue ordering and after calling the Paris store, I was very quickly and efficiently assisted by a person from the office: Claire, who was very effective, understanding, and very respectfully kind, as well as having a thorough professionalism... I thank her immensely...

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to intervene in this kind of situation because once the package is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier...and the delivery person.
It is possible that the Pickup Point was closed at the time of delivery of your package, or that it refused the wave of packages because it already had too many! The delivery person must have found another Pickup Point, which is why you had to move.
