I did not receive the right item just a similar one and the customer service answered me once and since then no news
I am surprised by your message. You ordered a product in size L that you received. It turned out that it was not suitable for your husband, because it was too small. You received the correct item (the one you ordered) and not a "similar item".
You contacted us for an exchange, which we did. We took care of the return at our own expense, according to our conditions.
We received your return yesterday afternoon, and the new product (in a larger size) should be sent to you within the day, again at our expense.
Throughout the process, you have received emails informing you of the steps of the exchange; as proof, you used the colissimo slip prepaid by us, so that the exchange does not cost you anything.
I am therefore more than surprised by the note and the associated comments.
Perhaps you have confused with another merchant?
