Very nice quality shoes. Fast delivery. Quality packaging provided with a cream to nourish the leather, that's really top. And to make it really exceptional, we advise you to have a heel pad and a toe cap put on the front of the shoe, why not offer this service directly?

Although I didn't keep the first pair, the user experience was so satisfying that I still wanted to respond favorably to the request for a review. Delivery: Both deliveries took about 48 hours to arrive in Belgium. Return process: Via the website form, everything is almost automated and free. My tracking app told me that the package was received by In Corio and about an hour later, I had an email telling me that the package had been received and the same once it was validated. Refund received on my credit card in 24 hours the first time and in less than 48 hours for the second return on my bank account. Everything is superbly well explained at every step. I think I'm even more impressed with the treatment than I was with Amazon or Apple. Regarding the shoes themselves, namely the Gabriel model, I was very pleasantly surprised by the first impression. They immediately give off a feeling of quality, a very nice finish and you understand the difference with the brands Adidas / Nike to name a few. As for the explanation, the 41s were too long and the 40s a little too tight, I didn't want to take the risk that they wouldn't fit my feet, so I preferred to return them. I recommend the brand for its way of doing things. I had a few contacts with Guilhem and it was really pleasant in the treatment of my requests. I will keep an eye on this brand.

Well received the package in a correct time. Small disappointment however, the color COGNAC that I had ordered is quite dark. I'll live with it, but I would have preferred a color more in line with the pictures on the website. For the rest, I will also try to get used to the "rigidity" of my new shoes that I also find very narrow.

Problem of order and very long delays to find an agreement and in commercial gesture a pair of socks houaaaa it is too much... in 380€ the pair and already customer I think change of brand. Sincerely
