I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed... the black patina on the silver can be removed with washing-up liquid and a stainless steel scouring ball.

Formidable company I even had the manager in person following my order because he doubted the size of a bracelet ordered and he was right. The items are magnificent. You have to hold back to avoid going back every month!
