I think it's really beautiful jewelry, original packaging, and the fact that I can contact them by phone I think it's very good. I'd definitely recommend it. Maybe I could see about getting some little discount vouchers from time to time.

Concerning the delivery time, we are a very small company and we don't work on weekends. Your order of Saturday August 3rd was processed on Monday August 5th and handed over to the Post Office the same day. The delivery should have been made on Wednesday August 7, but you received it on August 8. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times during the summer months, as the Post Office has to call in replacements to provide the service, but this is not as efficient as with the regulars.
