it's simply perfect! a ring gauge was sent free of charge to find out the size of the finger wearing the ring! the ring itself. after-sales service, hadn't read the website correctly, i.e. that it was adjustable (having made a small mistake in the size) email sent, reply the same day. And the packaging, a little marvel! I'll recommend this site with my eyes closed.

Serious customer care. I ordered adjustable rings and they called me to find out my finger size so that the product would fit properly. They sent me a ring free of charge. A real commitment to enhancing the value of the product, and I particularly appreciated the fact that I wasn't pressured to buy, knowing that one of the two products I'd ordered was out of stock because the size didn't match. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with the 05 bracelet.
The fact that the bracelet darkens your skin is probably due to sweating. When it's hot, we sweat and some people have a more acidic PH, which can darken the skin. We advise you to put it back on when it's cooler, and also to clean it according to our advice: with a stainless steel ball, also known as a steel wool (used to clean the bottom of saucepans) and washing-up liquid.
