The packaging is interesting, the colors, the shape is all cute and nice
The proposed flavors are interesting, when will there be a cheese flavor?
Be careful with the amount of salt "the molitor thyme & oregano" (or maybe I stumbled upon a too salty batch)
The bag containing the insects is not very practical for opening
Depending on the quantity, the price is a bit high
Good continuation to this team!!

Response from Jiminis Published on 14/11/2019

Good evening Xavier,
I have received your email and I apologize for this slow response time on our part. I saw that you just left us a bad review on Verified Reviews and I willingly acknowledge my faults for not getting back to you sooner.
The explanation is nothing extraordinary, I simply wanted to wait to have a response from our logistics provider in order to get back to you with information, but they are slow to process my request. I should have responded to you to make you wait, so you were completely right to remind me of this!
In any case, know that a product will be shipped to you or that you will be refunded for the product in question, the important thing being to identify the problem that caused the non-receipt of your product and to prevent it from happening again.

Hello,
Your order was received on Saturday at 4:57 PM (non-working day), then shipped on Monday morning, so we have met our commitments. For reasons we do not know, the package was not delivered to you, neither Wednesday nor Thursday. Since you did not try to contact us at that time, we could not act to offer you the best solution.
I wish you a pleasant day,
Best regards.
