Hello I'm not unhappy with the transporter, but with the preparation time, which was far too long, over a week for a simple rectangular sheet. As for the rest, nothing to say. DM

Hello Mr Duranteau, Our lead times are 6 working days for cutting and 2 working days for delivery. Your order left our premises on 10/08, i.e. exactly 6 working days since 02/08 (date of your order). Best regards,

the parts are very well made, with a primer on the cutting edge. They were produced and received (Belgium) in 6 working days. The ordering site is easy to use and the prices very fair. Customer service is responsive. The parcel tracking of the shipping company "dpd.fr" is not reliable."

Website works fine, but is sometimes confusing. Products are good, though the quality of the finish seems to vary a bit.

One possible improvement (or maybe I didn't understand the site very well), the possibility of "tracking my purchases" when I've bought a made-to-measure piece (so as to have a grouped shipment of the 2 pieces at the same time, which would perhaps allow a lower cost for shipping."

For an item ordered on July 27, delivery was made on August 14, which is still a very long time, even for August.

on my last order, the product was scratched on 2 sides, so I couldn't use it, whereas on my other 2 orders, the products were perfect.

Response from John Steel
Hello, you've ordered galvanized steel, but as indicated on our website, it doesn't come with a PVC film to protect it from scratches. This metal is not recommended if the surface is to be scratch-free. It would be preferable to opt for a metal protected by a PVC film, such as the brushed stainless steel you ordered earlier. Yours sincerely, The Steel Team

very well designed site, easy to use. DXF checker is great. Fair price. Very fast delivery. Parts conform, no bad surprises. There's always someone to answer by e-mail or on the site or on facebook. That's reassuring.

The explanations are very inadequate. The plate I wanted to order was intended for the bottom of a trailer. The plate was delivered in an envelope. Telephone advice is not up to scratch. Big problem with dimensions

Response from John Steel
Hello, you have ordered a brushed stainless steel plate measuring 243 mm x 122 mm, and we have delivered a part in conformity with your order. Under no circumstances do we advise you to use a brushed stainless steel plate for a trailer floor. We recommend either galvanized steel or non-slip aluminum. The Steel Team
