For a first-timer, I have to say that I'm totally satisfied with my order. I'd like to thank the customer service team, who were very helpful in providing me with the documents I needed to make the parts. The shipment and reception were very fast and perfectly packaged. You're really top-notch. Many thanks to the whole team.

The delivery time was too long and not in accordance with the commitment. I had to call customer service several times and they gave me a new estimate, which was not respected either. I think an 8-day delivery time is too long: you need to improve your manufacturing responsiveness.

The order is simple: a large rectangle. The dimensions were respected. The delivery was very good, the driver made an appointment and the plate was well packaged. The only small remark is that a serial number is displayed on the plate, which I can live with as it's still a metal plate, but it would have been nice to have been informed.

Perfect, fast service and, what's more, I'm always ready to listen and help you with small file problems.

One sheet had suffered a small deformation during transport, undetectable before unpacking. Despite my best efforts to reduce it, it is still visible.

There's nothing wrong with the work done by John Steel. On the other hand, the choice of service provider for delivery to a private customer was deplorable. DHL lost the first shipment. The second shipment, prepared by John Steel, took a week to arrive, as DHL does not deliver to relay points and requires a signature. DHL didn't understand that I wasn't at home during the day... 🙁
