Perfect merchandise and service, only delivery costs a little high for small parts and no choice of carrier.

Ordered aluminium plate 4 mm n 520x520mm Super well packaged, correct cut but plate slightly bulged by about 1/10th in its center (original plate like that or deformation during cutting or handling by suction cup, I do not know). Shipped on time as promised

Customer service for dwg defects was great (done live on chat). The goods are clean and well packaged. Delivery times are respected (about 1 week). It's just a bit expensive... Nicolas

The order received does not conform to the drawing. The laser has pointed to the center of the cutout, according to customer service, which leaves the customer in the lurch when a problem is indicated. The imported drawing did not indicate a problem in the website interface. On another hole, this one was made with a ratio of less than 0.8 times the thickness.

Response from John Steel
Hello, Technically speaking, we can't make cuts smaller than 0.8 times the sheet thickness. You had numerous 4 mm diameter holes on an 8 mm thick sheet. We've pointed them out to you so that you can repeat them later. Have a nice day.
