Hello, at the time of purchase, corten plate is said to be "rough-rolled" (with very little rust). You will therefore need to allow for a period of oxidation to obtain the familiar patinated and stabilized look of corten.

As we discussed with you over the phone, you are used to having parts produced by machining, but this production system is not comparable with ours (laser cutting). We agree with you that a part produced by machining is of higher quality than one produced by laser cutting. Unfortunately, we don't yet offer machining... John Steel after-sales service
