Nikrrrel nothing to say good job

Great service!

Perfect product delivery and packaging

The cut was good, but just the edges on the inside, it needed to be filed.

Received on time, perfectly packaged. The corten patinas very quickly and already has a beautiful hue.

Very good, corresponds well to the order, fast and careful shipping.

Effective telephone information. Easy order, received as expected and quickly.

Quality and deadlines ok

Perfect. Nothing to complain about,

Great work and good delivery

Deadline respected and piece to size. Very good organization

Fits perfectly, just as I imagined. Now I have a great storage surface next to the stove. Thank you very much.

I am very satisfied; the tread plate was well packaged. Even my wife was satisfied.

You're asking for my opinion, but to this day I still haven't received anything; it hasn't been delivered yet.

I have ordered several times, always top-notch speed, efficiency, and the received material is compliant, perfect packaging. I recommend.

I thought I had ordered 4 pieces, but I only received 2, and I can’t verify the actual quantity ordered. ??? Perhaps specify on the invoice what was actually delivered!

Online interpretation solution for .dxf file at the top, received products are compliant and qualitative, deadlines respected +++

The turnaround time was far too long, so I did it another way. There was not enough communication with the client for follow-up.

Great, nothing to say, conforms to the order, fast and professional!

For the price, the shelves are okay, but they don't look like they do in the photo on the webshop. The edges and corners were rounded there. The shelves we received had very sharp edges all around, so we had to finish them ourselves. Not great.

Followed up several times to get it delivered, and the plate is scratched along its entire length.

Beautiful packaging, no scratches, no bumps, impeccable material, and fast delivery, I recommend this company

Order and delivery efficiency, for quality materials. Very acceptable prices, I recommend this company John STEEL. Fabien

Terrible experience, especially due to the complete lack of customer support. I ordered a sheet of stainless steel with a polished finish from John Steel. However, the material I received arrived scratched and dull, completely different from what I ordered and unusable for my needs. I reported the problem several times by email, providing all the necessary information, but to this day I have not received a response. I understand that a mistake can happen when preparing or shipping an order. What I find truly unacceptable is that, once the problem has been reported, the customer is completely ignored. A reputable company should at least respond and try to resolve the issue. In this case, unfortunately, neither the product received nor the after-sales service lived up to expectations. An absolutely negative experience. I will not buy from them again and can only advise against this supplier.

very good

Several sheets ordered. No unpleasant surprises. A special mention for the part of the site that allows indicating the measurements.

Quality is there and they are very responsive at the top

Perfect! Nothing to complain about!
