My order dated 30/04 is still being prepared, despite the claims of the customer service department, which had promised me delivery ex works on 14 May. We're a long way from an 8-day delivery time. As it is, I cannot recommend John Steel.

Sheet metal delivered heavily scratched. This is normal for customer service. I do not recommend this company in any way. For me it's 0/10

The explanations are very inadequate. The plate I wanted to order was intended for the bottom of a trailer. The plate was delivered in an envelope. Telephone advice is not up to scratch. Big problem with dimensions
Deadlines far too long, part made with half the holes, in short I had to do the job myself 10 days late and lost 100 bucks. too bad the concept is good.

The address was very badly written fortunately it is a small village the letter carrier was able to solve the enigma of the half of the missing address the parts are scratched and blackened at this price there it is 0
Order of a part the diameter of the holes must be indicated IN RADIUS and not in DIAMETER when one drills a hole one says I use a drill of 8 and not a drill of a radius of 4 The parcel is dispatched in point relay without any Name of recipient, after a few days not receiving notice I go to the relay, after research the parcel was there but without Name Assessment: Company NUL
The delivery service is catastrophic, the instructions given by the delivery person are not even taken into account. As a result, for a Christmas present, I still don't have the product concerned. It's lost in a relay point where it apparently never arrived. I'm waiting for the return to john steel to ask for a refund. I won't recommend john steel anymore
Delivery almost twice as late as promised, and only because I pointed it out, just an apology because there's work to be done... Then, when the parts didn't arrive, because I'd misread a measurement, which they recognized was possible, their only gesture was to give me a 10% discount on a price that had been increased by 40% on a new order. Commercial sense? In short... Not cool...
No news since my order.
