Quite long lead times, and not always in line with what is advertised by customer service. We come for the products, which are of good quality and perfectly packaged, at least in our past experience.

I was supposed to be delivered to my home on 16-03, so I took the whole day off, and the deliveryman (probably late on his round) dropped the parcel off at a relay point at around 4pm (sms received at 4.10pm), on the pretext that I was absent! Knowing that I'd been tinkering with my gate all afternoon, if a deliveryman had come by... So TNT delivery was lamentable. On the other hand, the parcel was well packed and conformed to the order.

Apparently I had a problem making my parts. There were 3.5mm diameter holes on the dxf file and holes smaller than 0.5mm on the part. I sent photos via the contact form => no return. Apart from this defect, no major worries, it's generally well done and dispatched quickly.

France express sucks. I've explained 6 times where I live by phone. given my cell phone again. I went to pick up the first delivery myself (incomplete and mixed up with another order). I never managed to get J Steel on the phone. Systematically incorrect and misleading information on the France Express Internet tracking system.

Consequences: double travel costs over 1000 KM because imperative return to Brittany scheduled for Nov. 26. Who pays?... Extremely long delivery time, I had to use another supplier to move my project forward.
The only really negative point, which renders all the other positive points null and void, is the quality of the material. I've never seen aluminum so soft, especially in 4mm thickness, and the plate arrived twisted, which I was just about able to straighten with the force of my fingers. It's a pity, because the rest of the performance is good. I hope the same doesn't apply to stainless steel, and I wish you all the best.
Very disappointed with my order. The piece arrived in a very poorly protected (open) bag. The level of workmanship (detail, care, cleanliness) really leaves a lot to be desired for such a price.

This is not my first order as I have always been satisfied with the quality of the products. Today, however, I'm disappointed by the delivery, and for once it's not the carrier's fault. The address on the dispatch note was incomplete, so I had to collect my order from the dpd depot.
Hello, I sent you an email when I received my stainless steel plate last month which does not correspond to what I had drawn/ordered. I haven't received a reply.
It's not the first time I've ordered, because the cut-outs are clean, the prices correct and the company French. On the other hand, not a single order has gone by without one of the corners of the cut sheets being slightly bent... probably due to transport.

Bugs in their application make a 50cm part appear to be 16cm. bug reported. responsiveness on the phone. the part you receive doesn't match your file because they kept the draft file instead of the one sent. phone call back. they're right, i'm wrong, i send the correspondence emails, no more return. we have a part that doesn't match what we wanted.

On my last order, the product was scratched on 2 sides, so I couldn't use it, whereas on my other 2 orders, the products were perfect.
The space between the legs of an M" is too wide, so the piece is broken after only 8 uses."
