For the price, the shelves are okay, but they don't look like they do in the photo on the webshop. The edges and corners were rounded there. The shelves we received had very sharp edges all around, so we had to finish them ourselves. Not great.

Terrible experience, especially due to the complete lack of customer support. I ordered a sheet of stainless steel with a polished finish from John Steel. However, the material I received arrived scratched and dull, completely different from what I ordered and unusable for my needs. I reported the problem several times by email, providing all the necessary information, but to this day I have not received a response. I understand that a mistake can happen when preparing or shipping an order. What I find truly unacceptable is that, once the problem has been reported, the customer is completely ignored. A reputable company should at least respond and try to resolve the issue. In this case, unfortunately, neither the product received nor the after-sales service lived up to expectations. An absolutely negative experience. I will not buy from them again and can only advise against this supplier.

I have been waiting for my delivery for 2 months, it has not arrived until today, despite extra payment for express delivery. After a month, it was said - a mistake happened with the delivery person - it will be delivered later. Subsequently, the delivery status was set to "delivered" - without delivery. Customer service has not contacted me since then.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the cutting regarding a possible correction that should have been made to the edges of my ordered piece. No correction has been made as it was announced to me, paying so much for an unusable piece is unacceptable. Furthermore, I have expressed my concerns via email and no response has been made. I won't even mention the wait for the realization.

During the phone contact with the merchant site John Steel, my interlocutor assured me that it was possible to pick up my order at the Colmar site. Since this option does not exist when validating the cart, he told me to pay the shipping costs, to add a comment saying that I would pick up the goods in Colmar, that I would be notified as soon as the package was ready and that the shipping costs would be refunded. This promise was not kept.

Quality and cutting of the product conform to my request and expectations. However, the post-order follow-up leaves something to be desired. Longer delay than initially planned, but especially without follow-up / feedback to the customer. I even wondered if it wasn't a scam. Too bad because by improving the business follow-up, it would be the 5th star. Could do better in the future.
