Good price positioning for the products offered. Easy-to-use cutting editor. Very good product protection for delivery (a big plus).

I like the simplicity of adding parts to be cut. You can see if the dimensions are OK (no problem when exporting the file) and if the cuts are OK. However, when exporting Solidworks in DXF, I have a problem importing into the John Steel Pro tool. I have to use vector software (Inkscape) to debug certain angles that the John Steel Pro tool doesn't understand. To be worked on...

Fast delivery and material in line with expectations, but the dimensions requested were not quite respected, which had no effect on the project.

It's a bit expensive for small parts, but very good service.

I've had some small shapes (approx. 60x60mm) with a few small details cut out of 1 mm steel sheet, and the quality is spot on. There are still a few micro-burrs to be sanded down, but it's still very clean. I'd definitely recommend it. However, the minimum thickness is 1 mm, which is already too thick for some of my projects. Steel at 0.2; 0.5; 0.8 mm would be great.
