Unheard of! A product arrived damaged at my home and I have to pay the return costs out of my own pocket if I wish to exchange it! The washi paper tea boxes are of poor quality: thin plastic lids (they look like the lids on Pringles boxes, to tell you the truth...) Customer service tells me that if I prefer, I can leave them out! For a site "specialized" in Japan, this is very disappointing. Visited in May
