Concerning the lack of notification of delivery time, unfortunately many carriers do not give a time because they plan their rounds to optimize routes, which does not always allow them to specify a time slot.

The items are identical to what I ordered and everything arrived very quickly and in very good condition. There is also a wide selection of items for sale. However, for the tea category, it's a pity that you don't sell the matcha whips (chasen) individually and that there are no chasen holders in your shop.
