I took some declassified sausages as well as some mini declassified sausages, all are very good. A small downside for the beginning of the follow-up which was a bit slow to set up compared to what was announced but once I received the link everything went well. I will recommend it.

very good but it's a shame that we can't choose the dryness

Response from la boutique des saucissons
Thank you Alexandre for this feedback, we are glad you liked the taste! The dryness varies according to the natural aging of the product, but also depending on the season - in summer, the heat increases drying, which can result in a drier outcome than in winter. Unfortunately, this is not a choice available at the time of ordering, but it is noted with pleasure.

Top delivery! However, I found the quality of the products sent below what I expected and especially the expiration dates really too close (15 to 20 days)

Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Catherine, thank you for your feedback and we are glad that the delivery satisfied you. We are sorry that the quality and especially the expiration date disappointed you — 15 to 20 days is indeed short, and this is not what we want for our customers. Please feel free to write to us at [email protected] with your order number, we will look into it with you.

Beautiful experience soon a year Just a small downside I switched to a subscription, but every month I receive different types of sausage, even though it is the same order.

Dry and hard products like a piece of wood, 2 sausages out of 5 thrown in the trash. Useless purchase.

The delivery times were not respected 5 working days for me. Quality and quantity correct but nothing more. And disappointed to receive a 2kg box with only one type of sausage.

Hello Nicolas, thank you for your feedback and sorry for this longer delivery time than expected. For the downgraded basket, the composition varies with each shipment and is not guaranteed in variety — we still note your comment with interest.

Random quality. Sometimes it's great, and sometimes like this week's arrival, it's very average. Sausages delivered in a box. Out of the cold, they got hot, very sticky, dry, frankly not great. I think this is the last time we order from them.

Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Adrien, thank you for your feedback and sorry that this arrival was not up to the previous ones. Our dry sausages travel outside the cold chain (they don't need it), but high heat in transit can indeed alter the texture — we will raise this point internally. Feel free to write to us at [email protected] if you want us to look into this further.
