Hello, while I had placed a first order a few months ago I was very satisfied with the products, especially the boxes with downgraded products, at the end of August I wanted to reorder the same type of box, this one arrived consisting of 80% sausages and 20% sausage, especially since during my previous order I had paid for the box 25% cheaper per kilo.

Hello Maxime, thank you for this detailed feedback and for your loyalty. We are sorry that this second order did not regain the balance of the first in terms of composition — it varies according to arrivals. For the price, we regularly offer promotions, and it may be that you came across one of them the first time. Thank you again for your loyalty!

The box was well torn and the sausages were no longer wrapped so anyone could have taken one.

Satisfied with the products, we couldn't resist tasting the first sausage that very evening ^^ It is excellent! My note is about the box. When I picked it up at the Post Office, I saw that on one side, it was relatively twisted and spread apart. As if someone had tried to reach in to access the contents. I was able to reach in myself and managed to touch the sausages. If I wanted to, I could surely have extracted a sausage from the package without too much effort. This worried me a bit and I weighed the package at home before opening it. Everything seemed fine and I was reassured :) My suggestion would be to put something in place, if possible, to block the access I mentioned to avoid potential thefts or anything else. A small animal could also sneak in easily, for example.

The sausages are good but small in size which makes them too expensive. I will not order again.

Hello, thank you for your feedback and for your honesty. We understand that the size/price ratio on these smaller formats can be bothersome — this is a comment we will pass on to the team. Thank you for trying the shop.

The products are excellent. However, I regret the inner packaging which consists of a sheet, but this remains acceptable.

Sausage far too dry. In supermarkets, I have never found sausages this dried out.

Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Jean-Pierre, thank you for your feedback. Our artisanal dry sausages are aged longer than in large distribution, which can result in a drier product — the season also plays a role, with summer intensifying drying. We understand that this changes habits, thank you for your comment.

Thank you for your feedback Michel, the texture can vary depending on the aging and the season — in summer, the heat intensifies drying — we also pass your comment on taste to the workshop.

I bought a surplus package, I am delighted with the package received. 9 plain dry sausages and one chorizo. They are excellent. I will order again without hesitation.

Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Christian, thank you for your feedback, we are glad the quality is up to par! The composition of the downgraded packages varies according to arrivals, and it happens that the batch is dominated by one type of product, like the dry sausages this time. We appreciate your comment! See you soon!

Out of 2kg of discounted sausages, although it is the lottery game, I only received the same type of sausage + 1 chorizo. More diversity would have been appreciated... otherwise the sausage is very good.

Thank you Amory for this very clear feedback! You summarize the principle of the discounted selection well: it is a real lottery on the composition, impossible to guarantee in advance. Glad the taste is there, and we note the desire for diversity.

Thank you for your honesty Nicolas. As mentioned above, variety is never guaranteed on the downgraded items, but we take note of your disappointment for this order.
