I am satisfied but just disappointed to have received one chorizo and the rest plain sausages. After all, that's the game, but I would have preferred a mix of sausages. Last time it was more mixed.

Hello Mike, thank you for your feedback, we are glad you are satisfied! The composition of the downgraded packages varies with each order according to arrivals, so the mix is never guaranteed, but we note your preference for more variety! See you soon!

The goods are very good, but the package was sent to a package shop: NKD DEUTSCHLAND GMBH 17 SCHILLERPLATZ 67071 LUDWIGSHAFEN AM RHEIN) instead of my address: Lew Swerdlow Albert-Haueisen Ring 11 67071 Ludwigshafen Germany (DE). This pickup cost me a lot of time and effort.

The incorrect shipping address was used without notifying me. There wasn't much variety in the package this time.

Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Markus, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry the wrong shipping address was used without notice — that shouldn't happen, and we're looking into it. As for the variety, it depends on the stock available and unfortunately can't be guaranteed each time.

I ordered for the first time but the payment was not possible; I then reordered and received both orders; it resembles forced selling... Other orders are in progress; I have sausage for the year Best regards

Hello Jacques, thank you for your feedback and sorry for this payment incident that caused you to receive two orders instead of one. This is obviously not intended on our part. Please feel free to write to us at [email protected] with your two order numbers, we will look into it with you (refund of one of the two if needed).

the pasta was liquid and open

Response from la boutique des saucissons
Hello Christian, thank you for this clarification. The liquid side comes from the fat of the pâté which can melt with heat, it's rather normal — however, an open package should not arrive, it's often related to a tear during transport. We await your message at [email protected] to find a quick solution.

Hello Jimmy, thank you for your feedback. Our products are made with French meat and natural casings, which partly explains the price — but we understand that the quality-price ratio did not convince you this time, it's noted.
