It's a shame that the bracelet was sent in a simple pouch

The length of the bracelet did not meet my expectations (too short for my mom). So I kept it for myself and had to reorder another one...

The stones are not cut to the same diameter (one is taller than the other). It's awkward on one of my pairs (2mm difference)

Bracelet matches the photo, except that the description lacks information about the size and actual dimensions of the item. Thus, the photo suggests that the "amber drops" are larger than they actually are. The shipment is very careful and it is appreciated to have a certificate of authenticity.

The delivery person did not ring my doorbell while I was there and therefore decided to deliver my package to a Mondial Relay even though I had requested home delivery. GRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!
