After 3 days I lost the stone from one of my earrings and I was told there is no guarantee for the loss of a stone. Honestly, it's really a scam to sell jewelry that loses its stone and not even an exchange and even less a refund. I will never order again

I tried to contact the seller but after a week still no news.
