Big mistake on the delivery, 3 messages of redelivery before I could receive the package. Received after 2 and a half weeks

I am disappointed. I ordered and paid for several rings. Only one of my rings was taken into account due to stock shortage. Yet these items were still available as I tried to validate the same order. Moreover, I did not receive a response to my email asking for explanations.
Disappointed by the very light item, photographed up close but in reality very small! I wouldn't have bought it in a store! Just the fast shipping and careful packaging in this order! It was for a birthday gift so I will have to buy another gift as I can't just give that! Best regards.

The length of the chain is a bit small.
The amber part fell off and I lost it after 2 months and the only response from the seller is that they do not do repairs! I am really disappointed.
I received the ring on time, which is very beautiful with a blue color as shown in the image. However, it is marked size 52 and I think it is size 53. I have already ordered a ring of the same brand but in size 52 which fits me well.

Shipping of the jewelry in a simple tracked letter, delivery time announced for June 3, no problem. On June 4, I check my package tracking which supposedly was delivered on May 31. I opened a complaint which was skimmed through given the inappropriate response I received, after several emails and calls, I was asked to make a complaint with the post office. Response provided by them, it’s a simple tracked letter, it was placed in the mailbox, we are not the only owners of the keys allowing access to the mailboxes, check with the sender. Response from the Amber House, we are not responsible for the poor distribution by the post office. True, but I am a customer, I paid for this bracelet and never received it, and I did not choose to receive this jewelry by simple tracked letter without a signature! The culprit is ultimately the dishonesty of the postman, but the Amber House seriously needs to reconsider its shipping method and the responses it provides to its customers. Fortunately, I went through the Maty site which compensates for the seriousness and the handling.

The page on the item lacks information. I bought in doubt. No indication of size or chain length. Result: small medallion, short and very thin chain. Exorbitant price for the jewelry.
I am disappointed with the stone, it looks more like glitter was put in a stone, whereas in the photo it looked more like a pearly stone. And the silver ring is a bit scratched on one side. Too bad.

Impossible to get a refund, despite the postal evidence that said the ring had been delivered to another department. Finally after several weeks the ring was refunded to me after several emails.
The delivery time was very good and the jewelry met expectations. However, I was very disappointed with the packaging, I expected a box to be able to give it as a gift for Christmas, but I couldn't select it on the site.

I ordered a pair of earrings and a bracelet. There were some traces of "glue" on the amber. The earrings were loose in a small fabric bag with no support to protect them. The glue marks really displeased me! If you pay a price, it's for a certain quality and cleanliness. Disappointed with the order, fortunately the jewelry is beautiful anyway.
