still very satisfied. One question, however, the pipe cleaner order, white with red stripes has not increased in price, but is much shorter and thinner.. Just a clarification would have been preferable. Still satisfied with the quality of your products.

Hello and thank you for your feedback regarding these filters for pipes selected in your recent order. These Savinelli filters (famous brand of Italian pipes) are indeed made of balsa. Balsa is a lightweight and very soft wood that has the advantage of absorbing impurities (tar) as well as potential condensation inside the pipe. We recommend changing the filter every 2 or 3 pipes for maximum efficiency. If you need further advice, do not hesitate to contact us directly by email ([email protected]).
