Excellent product, shipped quickly. However, delivery by DPD was catastrophic: I will not order again unless I am certain that the carrier is other than DPD.

To get the most out of your candle, you need to burn it in regular intervals of 1h30 to 2h. Shorter burn times will create a hole in the middle of your candle, and it won't "go down" properly.
Another tip: remember to (re)cut the wick of your candle before each use to remove the soot from the previous burn and to straighten the wick for the next burn.

I bought the cognac orange candle and frankly, it only has a vague scent of a scented candle, but from there to say that it smells like the scent advertised, no really. I'm very disappointed.

The box was half crushed, for a gift it's a bit disappointing.
Very good site, serious. However, the quality of the candles is very uneven. You have to spend money to try them.
Although I really like this brand, I was disappointed to find an error in my order: one of the two products I received was not the one I had ordered. Unfortunately, it was too late to return the order, which was intended for Mother's Day. As luck would have it, my mom already owned the product sent by mistake.
I know this candle and hadn't bought one for a long time. I love the mint basil version. I have to admit I'm disappointed with the feeling that you're squeezing quality for profit and it's unpleasant. It's much less fragrant and melts quickly. I won't be at the 50-hour mark, that's for sure. Personally, I'd like to support our French nuggets, but I have to admit that I won't be coming back to this one. That doesn't stop it from continuing to smell good with a beautiful wax.
Order sent quickly and very very well packaged. Disappointment with one of the two candles, it doesn't smell much!
So far, 4-day delay in delivery, and still no parcel.
Very mixed opinion as I really like the scents. On the other hand, they don't last very long.
Some scents are much more pronounced than others. out of a diffuser and concerning me should, as the diffuser fir, smell out in the room where it is posed.
A little disappointed by the product
The site is very easy to navigate and order, but I had several problems with the delivery, which was disappointing: - on the site, there's no indication of the delivery time, only that it's "fast", which doesn't help when you need a precise date. As a result, I received the order too late for the birthday I'd ordered (6 days after the order was placed). No worries about not being delivered the day after the order was placed, but an indication (delivery within 3 days, 5 to 6 days, a week, etc.) would be welcome - I had asked for delivery to a "point relai" for peace of mind and to avoid having to wait for a deliveryman downstairs. Except that I still had a home delivery. As I wasn't at home, I had to deal with a rather annoyed deliveryman (and rightly so) who called me several times, left messages and finally came and waited on my doorstep for nothing. A waste of everyone's time that could have been avoided. Having said that, the delivery was correct and the product was in perfect condition when it arrived.

I ordered a liquid soap which I found in the box, the cap had been badly screwed. It's a pity and the fault is human but 3/4 lost...

I love La Belle Mèche candles and have bought a few. This time I wanted to try the alcohol-free fragrance diffusers. I bought three and was disappointed. The fragrance is not the same as that of the candle of the same name and it doesn't really diffuse, the smell is really felt in the immediate vicinity of the diffuser. For an order over 150 Euros, I wouldn't buy another diffuser.
