I had problems with the site because I tried to enter a delivery address different from the billing address. I called on the phone and someone told me to specify this by email. When I received an order confirmation email I sent it back indicating the correct delivery address. I received the package at the billing address and I had to send it back myself so that my grandchildren could receive it before the start of the school year, hence the extra cost. I hope the contents are worth it.

The products were always top-notch and well-packaged. Fortunately, the delivery man was terrible, ringing every 10 seconds while my family was asleep and I asked him to stop.
