Delivery much longer than expected. But good quality products
Very good chocolates, but delivery takes too long - we have to send an email to make sure our order arrives before Christmas.
Perfectly prepared parcel, great product quality. Only downside: 5-day open-day delivery announced, I waited 15 days for the parcel...
The products are good but there was a bug on the site the day I ordered. I entered different delivery addresses but this was not taken into account and the order arrived at my house. I had to reship it at my own expense to the correct address.

It was very complicated to be able to place the order during Black Friday and it took me several hours because of blocking or length of reactivity of the website le comptoir de Mathilde that's why I'm taking 2 stars off. Nevertheless, the delivery and the care taken with the packaging of the product and the delivery were perfect, so I hope to put 4 or 5 stars on my next order.

Nothing to say about the products. But it's not very commercial to offer promotions two days after receipt of the packages. Every site worth its salt has announced the forthcoming promotion on its home page.
I received broken spoons and was disappointed. On the other hand, it's still just as good.

Very good product! However, I was very disappointed by the offer proposed by e-mail. A free spread for every 20€ spent. Upon receipt, it's not a spread, it's a spread sample !!!!!! Misleading advertising!
The small jar you discovered in your parcel corresponds to the gourmet surprise (from 50th purchase on our site) the jar of spread you are talking about from 20euros purchase is a 100g jar obtained at your visit to the store in the month following the creation of your "club des gourmands" card.

Shame, good products but incomplete order!
Le produit est très bon et le prix est conforme à la concurrence. Le seul problème a été le mode de paiement. Je ne pouvais pas utiliser ma carte de crédit. J'ai dû ouvrir un compte PayPal pour poursuivre l'achat. J'étais sur le point de ne pas acheter. Le moyen de paiement est un point à améliorer.

Great products but I don't know if I'll order again because I find the price of delivery (15.84€) really too expensive.
Decu ded papillottes there was only fruit pasta in it when it should be mixed.
Nothing wrong with the products. They're great gift ideas with original flavors. On the other hand, shipping costs are very high. For an order of 20 euros, they represent 43%. There should be a choice of delivery options, hence the 3/5 score.

It says to expect delivery within 3 to 5 working days, but it took 11 days. I had ordered on purpose during my week of vacation, so I wasn't at home for the reception, I had to pick up my order later at the post office, difficult with their schedules...
Poor delivery! It was supposed to be a delivery against signature. I found my parcel on the ground in front of my house in the middle of town, anyone could have stolen my parcel... Otherwise the products look good, I ordered them as Christmas presents so I can't judge them at the moment.
If you suffer from food allergies, don't bother... Incomplete composition information on the website: traces of gluten are not indicated, which means that the person for whom the product was intended cannot consume it.
