I bought 3 jars of Christmas rum babas. One jar was slightly unscrewed, so a lot of liquid had leaked into the box, and the label on the lid of a second jar had been torn off.

Great, easy ordering, possibility to use loyalty offers online, order delivered quickly and as expected, products arrived in good condition and are delicious. The only downside is the shipping cost, particularly excessive even for pickup points.

Very satisfied with the products but not at all with Ups. I will only order if necessary if it's another carrier
