Package delivered on a hot Monday morning so chocolate completely melted... however, customer service very quick and responsive. Email at 8 AM refunded at 11 AM the same day so good...

Excellent after-sales service, following an initial delivery with part of the goods damaged, my contact called me back and proceeded to replace the damaged goods immediately. She was efficient, responsive, and pleasant. I will continue to work with you and will recommend you to those around me.
