I had to contact customer service to have customs fees of 23 euros mysteriously added to my cart removed, without any explanation. They were removed, so I placed my order which included 2 promotional discounts applied. -15% black Friday and a free biscuit box worth 9.99. They were all well presented and applied to the amount of my cart, I entered my credit card and proceeded to payment. The debited payment did not include the -15%.
