1st order delivery error
I recently ordered 4 boxes of tea thinking there were 24 bags in each but there were only 12. Clearly disappointed, much more expensive..
I was not delivered the ordered products but something else, because supposedly out of stock, but online and available at the time of my order. Fortunately, products were returned and refund processed.
Charges delivery fees and does not meet deadlines. Not even a commercial gesture or a refund of delivery fees. This company would benefit from being more customer-friendly.
Customer service is not responding to my messages. My money is gone, and it looks like I will never receive my package. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.
An order No. 46431 placed on January 16 still has not arrived at its destination. In a letter dated 01/19, you inform me that the order with reference DUXSZMHUV is on its way. The very dark syrup can (1 L) was announced to be in stock at the time of my order, but following my complaint on 01/21, you replied that there is a delay at the port of Le Havre... If you are unable to fulfill my order, I will ask you to refund me so that I can turn to another provider capable of satisfying me. Thank you
Upon receiving my order, one box was completely dented. I sent two emails, with photos for a response. To this day, still nothing. Zero for after-sales service.
Package impossible to trace: "in preparation at the sender's". All my attempts to contact the shop have been in vain: no email response, no voicemail response. It seems I am not the only one in this situation. In short, I paid in full, but I received nothing. Very disappointing.

The product is not the same as the one bought at the store
There was a product error in my order. I have therefore written twice to receive the maple nougat that I had indeed ordered, and I still have not received a response.
Incomplete order. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that half of the order had not been delivered. No alert email. Avoid.
Half of the order was missing
Order delivered incomplete with the mention "awaiting restock" while all purchased products were marked in stock at the time of purchase. I am still waiting...
Error with the order
The packaging was mediocre, they used the purchased cookies to cushion the bottles! The cookies are therefore all crushed. They do not respond to complaints. It has been more than 10 days.
No package tracking ❌
I had to contact customer service to have customs fees of 23 euros mysteriously added to my cart removed, without any explanation. They were removed, so I placed my order which included 2 promotional discounts applied. -15% black Friday and a free biscuit box worth 9.99. They were all well presented and applied to the amount of my cart, I entered my credit card and proceeded to payment. The debited payment did not include the -15%. I contacted customer service again, no response. Really very disappointed, I have been ordering there for several years, this is the last one.
So-called article in stock not received, phone call. To assure me that I will receive an identical article and sends me maple herbal teas instead of the ordered Inuit assortments without any word of apology...
Damaged package and insufficient communication on the subject.
Usually everything goes very well with maple syrup, but this time a glass jar arrived broken. I sent an email to the company but to this day I have no response.
Missing products and non-compliant products
Remarkable delivery speed but an incomplete delivery of 2 missing items (2 "Sugar Shack Mix" referenced LTE0631 at 3.65€ each, totaling 7.30€ for the lot) are indicated as "Refund" on the delivery invoice, the total amount of the order (114.66€) having been deducted on November 5. I am therefore waiting for this situation to be resolved to reassess my opinion. I reported this situation through the "Contact" tab on the site last week and I still have no response or refund, which is quite frustrating. I have reiterated the request.

Hello, My order is incomplete. As of today (11/05/2025), I still have not received packages 10744000851319 and 10744000850818. The delay is becoming particularly long, especially since my previous messages to customer service have gone unanswered. I alerted by email that a product was missing, but no response or compensation received?
I haven't received my package that I ordered on October 13. For once that I order something online, it fails. It doesn't make me want to try again.
The cookies are not as good as we expected

I received expired products that were 6 months old, for a first order I am quite disappointed.
The poster arrived completely crumpled and unusable. Photo available upon request. There was no response to my email ....
Lamentable, products made in China, while they sell this as products from Canada. I've been fooled twice, plus they blacklisted me on Facebook and no response to my email for my refund request.
