Incomplete order. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that half of the order had not been delivered. No alert email. Avoid.
Half of the order was missing
Order delivered incomplete with the mention "awaiting restock" while all purchased products were marked in stock at the time of purchase. I am still waiting...
Error with the order
The packaging was mediocre, they used the purchased cookies to cushion the bottles! The cookies are therefore all crushed. They do not respond to complaints. It has been more than 10 days.
No package tracking ❌
I had to contact customer service to have customs fees of 23 euros mysteriously added to my cart removed, without any explanation. They were removed, so I placed my order which included 2 promotional discounts applied. -15% black Friday and a free biscuit box worth 9.99. They were all well presented and applied to the amount of my cart, I entered my credit card and proceeded to payment. The debited payment did not include the -15%. I contacted customer service again, no response. Really very disappointed, I have been ordering there for several years, this is the last one.
So-called article in stock not received, phone call. To assure me that I will receive an identical article and sends me maple herbal teas instead of the ordered Inuit assortments without any word of apology...
Damaged package and insufficient communication on the subject.
Usually everything goes very well with maple syrup, but this time a glass jar arrived broken. I sent an email to the company but to this day I have no response.
Missing products and non-compliant products
Remarkable delivery speed but an incomplete delivery of 2 missing items (2 "Sugar Shack Mix" referenced LTE0631 at 3.65€ each, totaling 7.30€ for the lot) are indicated as "Refund" on the delivery invoice, the total amount of the order (114.66€) having been deducted on November 5. I am therefore waiting for this situation to be resolved to reassess my opinion. I reported this situation through the "Contact" tab on the site last week and I still have no response or refund, which is quite frustrating. I have reiterated the request.

Hello, My order is incomplete. As of today (11/05/2025), I still have not received packages 10744000851319 and 10744000850818. The delay is becoming particularly long, especially since my previous messages to customer service have gone unanswered. I find this situation unacceptable and ask you to please keep me informed without delay about the status of these shipments and the measures taken to resolve this issue. Sincerely, Simon

I alerted by email that a product was missing, but no response or compensation received?
I haven't received my package that I ordered on October 13. For once that I order something online, it fails. It doesn't make me want to try again.
The cookies are not as good as we expected

I received expired products that were 6 months old, for a first order I am quite disappointed.
The poster arrived completely crumpled and unusable. Photo available upon request. There was no response to my email ....
Lamentable, products made in China, while they sell this as products from Canada. I've been fooled twice, plus they blacklisted me on Facebook and no response to my email for my refund request.
I will definitely not order from this site again. Four products were missing from my package: 2 jars of wild blueberry jam and 2 jars of maple caramel. However, there were 2 small bags of maple candies, which were not ordered, that do not compensate at all for the missing products in my package. Furthermore, 1 item was expired by a month, 4 items were at their expiration date, and some cakes were broken. I contacted this site to report the missing items 3 times (2 times by phone + sending SMS and by email on the site) and it has now been over a week, I have received no response.
The order was placed on 19/08. After several delays, as of 07/09 I still haven't received it. UPS tells me they are "putting in place action plans to deliver to me as soon as possible". ACTION PLANS! Wow, that's impressive for a small package of 5.3kg!!! As for the invoice payment, there was no waiting, my account was debited the amount of the order on 20/08. So 1 star is still a good rating!
We have not received the order placed on August 10 and as of September 2 it has still not been delivered to us.
I had to go pick up my package myself at a pickup point and never received a response to my dissatisfaction email messages
-the maple butter shortbread cookies were expired since 6/6/25 -the chocolate-covered blueberries were a large deformed and whitish mass with melted chocolate. I would never buy edibles again in this store
I ordered from the Les Trésors d'érable shop the Sortilège pack. Upon receipt at the relay point, one of the bottles had a pierced cap and was leaking: about a third of the content had spilled in the box. Impossible to make a reservation with UPS, but the problem seems to come from the packaging (box too loaded).
More than two weeks and still nothing received. You proposed firm UPS relays!!! I will not order again and I will not recommend the site to my relatives.
I am disappointed with the cake expiration date 09/25, plus I have a batch of 3 packages. Nowhere was a short expiration date specified. Everything else is fine because I know the products.

A client for several years, the site Les Trésors d'Érable ensured both quality products and customer experience. Today, it is a disaster. One time out of two, the ordered products are not available, and customer service is absent, especially regarding refunds.
No delivery received
I have never received my order, already more than 10 days late and no news......
I still haven't received my package and no one informed me that an item was out of stock, therefore it is arriving very late and it will be offered later than the scheduled date. Moreover, no apologies from the company, just a refund proposal. Best regards, JD
