Incomplete and inaccurate order...
Package arrived within the announced deadlines. Items well protected in a large box. So no issues with logistics. The mediocre rating is explained by the prices applied: too expensive for what it is: the candies sold in small quantities, the maple water that was just tapped from nature and then packaged in a carton, does not justify the price since it is not a processed product. Finally, no confirmation by email after the order was validated. This order may have been made following a commercial offer. Normally, I would not be able to make purchases on this site.
Unfortunately, a part of the order is still missing.
A product is missing from my order. I received no information beforehand and discovered it when opening the package. I am still waiting for this product and do not know when I will receive it.
The products were as expected. But the cardboard and the gift box arrived in a deplorable state. The metal box is not usable.

The beautiful bottles, nothing to say, however the package was half crushed and opened upon arrival, but otherwise the bottles are sublime, thank you.
The products are perfect, too bad the tracking information is so catastrophic... Announcements of shipments when the carrier does not have the products two months before the arrival date, twice an announcement of imminent arrival and then... nothing. And finally, when I asked if they could provide me with reliable information about the delivery (after the theoretical delivery date and three false delivery announcements), I received a response that was borderline polite and could even seem sarcastic. In short, the products are great!

Two packets of biscuits were missing from the received package.
I am very satisfied with the products from Les Trésors d'érable. But I had a very bad experience with the carrier Dpd. I was supposed to be delivered in 24 to 48 hours to my home. After receiving the delivery slot (4 hours), I waited at home in vain, since at the end of the slot I received a text message informing me that my package would be delivered to a relay point, without specifying a date! This package arrived two days later at the relay point, 6 days after my order. I would have saved a lot of time with a direct delivery to the relay point!

The shipping costs for frozen goods are exorbitant. Moreover, nothing guarantees that the blueberry jam comes from Canada or that the blueberries come from there, nothing is indicated on the jar
Very good product but no response to my complaint regarding an order error that I reported within the hour that followed. Disappointment of not being able to order the products I needed in the end.
The order / tracking perfect. However, the delivery.... the first package received was impeccable. The second package delivered after a complaint, bottles that were not in the original box, super sticky and one item less out of 12, the caps detached. Unfortunately, the Celebration TRUFFÉES ÉRABLE have already reached the expiration date of 18.08.2025. I wanted to give it as a gift at the end of September, but I can no longer do that. These should have at least 3 months of shelf life displayed after delivery. Since I intentionally chose the regular price and not the reduced ones, I am dissatisfied with the delivery. What a shame.

Order not received to date...
I had ordered a bottle of rum which I learned during the receipt of my other items was no longer available and therefore refunded. I would have preferred to wait and receive it and simply a message indicating this before shipping...
I had contacted you to tell you that a bottle of maple syrup was broken. And I never received a response.
