The beautiful bottles, nothing to say, however the package was half crushed and opened upon arrival, but otherwise the bottles are sublime, thank you.
Fast and careful delivery
The products are perfect, too bad the tracking information is so catastrophic... Announcements of shipments when the carrier does not have the products two months before the arrival date, twice an announcement of imminent arrival and then... nothing. And finally, when I asked if they could provide me with reliable information about the delivery (after the theoretical delivery date and three false delivery announcements), I received a response that was borderline polite and could even seem sarcastic. In short, the products are great!
Missing products and non-compliant products
Well packed, well received. Now all that's left is to taste it. Three years ago, it had a very nice journey... Memory, memory.
