Does not respect delivery times. Disgraceful during the holiday season, a rip-off!
I'm missing items and I'm trying every way I can, email, sms and message on your mobile to let you know and I'm not getting any feedback. I'm still waiting for you to get back to me.
My orders never arrived
My parcel arrived and the gift box was torn. I made a request and never got a reply.
Order received, but one product is missing. I contacted customer service a week ago and followed them up several times by email and social networks, but no response.
My order was not complete! !!!!!
Hello, The chair was a gift, opened today to build it. The wood is broken at the back, so it's quite visible. I had also ordered a gift box which I did not receive. I've made a complaint about this and I haven't heard back from you! I will create a ticket for the damaged chair. I look forward to hearing from you!
I have not been delivered
Unfortunately, one (expensive) item was missing. I received the parcel on 12.12. and immediately wrote to the service team that this item was a Christmas present and that I would like it to be forwarded by Christmas. So far (20.12) I have unfortunately not received a reply.
I made a nice order and was supposed to get a gift for it...it wasn't in my package and no feedback from Customer Service. Disappointed
Today is December 19, 2024 and I still haven't received my parcel since I placed my order on November 27, 2024.
My gift box arrived in pieces and was ripped appart in places.

Hello, I still haven't received my order that I ordered at the end of November. I already had a problem with Ups, who said that I had refused the parcel even though I had chosen to have it delivered to a relay point. Then despite 3 messages sent to find out what to do with Trésors d'érable no response or refund, nothing at all, radio silence. Don't recommend, because it's unprofessional to do this kind of thing to a customer. Finally, if I could have put 0 stars I would have done so without hesitation.
The product does not correspond to the order. It was very important for me to have a large 1kg jar. I received 2 small 500g pots. The product specifies: weight 1kg, quantity 1. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered this.
I did not receive my order although I paid the delivery they wanted to put me my order to the go vinted whereas I live to cauter I am not satisfied the delivery and to remain blocked several day with vitrolle after it was turned over I ordered just cereals I paid the delivery that to receive them at home, at worst with the Post office, I know that go Vinted they have many problems, I am not satisfied
The products are very nice, a little expensive but when you're looking for exotic products, that's not surprising. What is more surprising is to receive your order with nearly €35 worth of product missing... Of course, I contacted support immediately, but after a week, I still haven't heard back from them... I think I've lost my 35€.
Very dissatisfied with the delivery service. My parcel was sent to a collection point a long way from the original delivery address, and this collection point does not respect opening hours. After two unsuccessful attempts to collect my parcel, I finally gave up and it was returned to sender. A frustrating experience and a waste of time.
I received my gift
The parcel was not delivered to the planned relay point without any information from the carrier. I spent over an hour getting the carrier on the phone to find out where it had been delivered. What's more, the parcel was open, but fortunately the order was complete.

We received a different maple syrup to the one we ordered. We received no response to 3 inquiries about this. That is not customer service. We will never order here again.

The order was only delivered on 30.10.24 after many difficulties.
I did not receive my parcel at the address I had given when I placed my order. The first time DPD told me of another address, I immediately contacted you via "céline", but despite further messages, nothing was done and I was forced to collect my 4.100 kg parcel 4 km from my home, which I informed you of.... and I received no word of apology for this unfortunate error.

Dented maple syrup cans. Not very happy. No response from seller.
Very dissatisfied, not with the merchandise, which I don't have, but with the UPS carrier. UPS asked me to choose the delivery site, I went to the store it was closed the opening hours had changed it was from 6 pm to 1 am, the next day I returned no package. Then a message from UPS saying that the package was on another site. If we selected a site, it's because it was the right one for us. If the carrier, for his own convenience, delivers the package elsewhere, I won't pick it up. If UPS isn't capable of delivering to the right site, they should change jobs or indicate a single site and we'll take it or not.
