Acceptable products, horrible customer service. They do not respond
Order placed on 03/04, on 07/04 the delivery person informs me that the package is damaged: return to the sender, or "mis-sorted, which may cause a delay". On 08/04 I send you a message on your site to find out if you have been alerted... No response! On 12/04 I follow up, today is 14... still no response!!! Yet you announce "Customer service 7/7 + quick response to your requests". Today I still do not have my order, I have been waiting for 15 days. I can wait, I can understand that there is a delivery problem. What makes me angry is the lack of consideration for your customers. I will never order from you again!!!

On their website, they list the product price and advertise free delivery for orders over €44, which is not true; they charge €7.70 for shipping. I will not order anything again nor will I recommend it. Best regards.
Wrong items were sent, some were open/broken. Wrote back to customer support, never heard back. Products themselves are wonderful

I placed my order on Saturday 01/02 where everything was advertised at -10% and this discount was not taken into account. I immediately sent a message to let them know and to ask to review the invoice, and I received no response. I find this to be quite unprofessional and dishonest. This is the best way to lose customers.
The arrival of my order was eight days late. It was intended for an occasion. I was very disappointed because this is the second time this has happened.
The carrier UPS informed me that my package would not be delivered and I had to go pick it up 5km from my home. This is recurring with this carrier. I will not order again if there is no other shipping option.

I ordered 4 boxes of vine wine and maple tea from Turkey, in packages of 20 bags) and I received 7 boxes of black Ice Wine Tea from ML21 in packages of 12 bags. I've already sent 2 emails, with no response, and a message on Facebook, where I'm offered a refund because the tea is out of stock it seems. I've had no reply to my request for a return procedure, but the tea is still on sale on the website!
Hello, I never managed to pick up my package .... No information on how to pick it up and despite my numerous attempts, my package has left. Extremely disappointed with UPS that I can't reach or even get help from.
I only received part of my order; I sent a complaint and still no reply.
Last time I ordered it was better(but I didn't leave a review then). As of January 8, 2025 I have yet to receive my caribou wine or get a response to what happened to my order. If this gets resolved I'll write an updated response but otherwise it will be the last time I order or even recommend this place

Hello, The chair was a gift, opened today to build it. The wood is broken at the back, so it's quite visible. I had also ordered a gift box which I did not receive. I've made a complaint about this and I haven't heard back from you! I will create a ticket for the damaged chair. I look forward to hearing from you!
I have not been delivered
Unfortunately, one (expensive) item was missing. I received the parcel on 12.12. and immediately wrote to the service team that this item was a Christmas present and that I would like it to be forwarded by Christmas. So far (20.12) I have unfortunately not received a reply.

Hello, I still haven't received my order that I ordered at the end of November. I already had a problem with Ups, who said that I had refused the parcel even though I had chosen to have it delivered to a relay point. Then despite 3 messages sent to find out what to do with Trésors d'érable no response or refund, nothing at all, radio silence. Don't recommend, because it's unprofessional to do this kind of thing to a customer. Finally, if I could have put 0 stars I would have done so without hesitation.
The product does not correspond to the order. It was very important for me to have a large 1kg jar. I received 2 small 500g pots. The product specifies: weight 1kg, quantity 1. Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered this.
