Disappointed because I received a bottle of maple and raspberry rosé that was supposed to be consumed within the year (2019) or the following year, but by 2025 the product no longer has the same flavor... The bottle cost me 13.99 Euros. Despite my message on their website asking what could be done regarding this mishap, there has been no response after more than 10 days... just a 5 Euro discount via an automatic email congratulating me on my first order with a purchase suggestion: the same bottle... Too bad, I wanted to support other retailers than Amazon...

Both cans of maple syrup were dented
The can of maple syrup partially emptied in the package. Invisible upon receipt, the problem appeared upon opening. The cushioning paper absorbed the syrup. The can leaked because the safety seal was not stuck.

You chose UPS as your carrier and your very fast delivery to the Point Relais was refused by the Point Relais. The Adirondack garden chair and the cookies are a Christmas present. The person was very happy about it. That's the good news! However, the delivery of the parcel was subterranean. 1. the service provider was changed several times although both were announced as UPS. The cookies arrived at a UPS center with GLS. The owner threatened me with legal action when I went to collect the goods. The garden chair was delivered to me with DHL. 2. the parcel with the garden chair had to be repackaged as the original box had been broken. All in all, I would not order anything from you again.
One of the 4 items in my order (the maple syrup, the main one) was missing on arrival. I was promptly reimbursed after writing to them, but disappointed with the experience.

I placed an order on 11/29 that came with a problem, I wrote to them to inform them and to this day they still haven't responded.

Parcel arrived safely, but a small beech tree holding the maple tree was broken.
The products are still excellent, but the gift box arrived very, very, very damaged and unusable. The cookie boxes are also damaged. What a shame!

Hello, Ordered with a supposedly free delivery and a 10% discount, in fact I paid full price and paid delivery.
I ordered 2 jars of maple spread and one 2 was opened...it was sticking everywhere in the bubble wrap...
The delivery was correct, there was still maple syrup in a box and on the jars.
