I ordered from the Les Trésors d'érable shop the Sortilège pack. Upon receipt at the relay point, one of the bottles had a pierced cap and was leaking: about a third of the content had spilled in the box. Impossible to make a reservation with UPS, but the problem seems to come from the packaging (box too loaded).

Bought the Sortilége Prestige, and while the product was out of stock at the time of purchase, the customer service were hasty to make sure that I was updated on when the product would be available and shipped. When it arrived, I was pleased with both the packaging and the product inside. A smooth and sweet liquor with a hint of vanilla aftertaste. I will be purchasing from this store in the future.

The items in my order are intended to be given as gifts in the coming days. Therefore, I cannot judge them, but their packaging was perfectly done. However, there was a problem with UPS, which, since I no longer go out for health reasons, did not leave the package at my home but deposited it in a relay in my municipality.
