Maple sugar pecan pralines best before date passed
There was a problem with my order, I didn't receive all my order at once without any mention on the site. I had to send 3 unanswered emails to finally receive the balance of my delivery later. Excellent product but lack of communication
Half of my order did not arrive and do not get any response to my request to still get them. Paid for 2 sets but received 1set
The box for preparing the pancakes was open.
The delivery came quickly but only partially, one maple syrup was missing. There was no explanation. I received no reply to my inquiry. That's not acceptable, I paid in advance.

I am in two minds about my experience with Trésors d'érable. The web site shows only one kind of syrup, the product from Quebec in the traditional Quebec tins. I thought this was what I was ordering and would be getting. However, the tins I received say "Made in Canada" but do not look like the ones which are shown on the web site (i.e. the traditional Quebec maple syrup tins) and I do not recognize the packaging at all - and I am Canadian, and a Quebecker to boot. When I asked for the unfamiliar tins to be replaced by the ones shown on the web site, I was told that I received what I ordered, i.e. Made in Canada syrup, just the packaging was different. If that is the case, I wonder why this maple syrup in this packaging is not featured at all on their web site. It certainly leads to misunderstandings and disappointment.
I am a little disappointed not with the quality of the products but with the fact that a batch of 5 packets of cookies was missing, which I received on request but without a word of apology! I think that if I hadn't asked for it, it would have been forgotten! Too bad
The syrup is very good, but of the 6 jugs we received, one was badly closed and the syrup leaked everywhere. The jugs were full of granulated sugar and had to be washed. First time I've used jugs... I usually use iron tins.....
I ordered 2 packs of 5 cans of maple syrup. I only received one pack at first. I had to ask twice to receive the second pack. The delivery for the first pack did not take place on the day announced, I was informed in the middle of the day after having been monopolized at the apartment all morning. In conclusion, a lot of trouble for a very simple order and, incidentally, no apology from trésors d'Érable.

Hello, as mentioned in the two emails sent to this company for which I am waiting for a reply, the parcel was not complete.
This is the first time I've been completely dissatisfied. The contents of the package were covered in flour (one of the three packages was open at the top. All the items were therefore sprinkled with flour. I don't understand why the packaging is so poorly designed.
Late shipping. Items put in my box without care (1 item damaged and others rather limited). Items within the best-before date (BBD)... and a customer service department supposedly available 7/7 and providing a rapid response... which in fact doesn't reply to messages left on orders! In short! First order not very engaging to renew my confidence ...
Order arrived very quickly... bison pâté made in Haute Saône, France...sold for typical Canadian product.... disappointed by this product...
When I placed my order I had a code for a 10 euro discount. The code didn't work. My daughter tried the next day but the code still didn't work. So I ordered without the 10 euro discount.
The products are perfect, identical to what can be found in Canada. However, customer service is not up to scratch.

I'm still waiting for my order placed on July 3rd, today is the 20th. My parcel got lost and came back to sender. It should have left on July 16th but I've had no news apart from a final message sent on the 19th. I think it's mainly the UPS driver's fault, but I still haven't heard anything.
Very bad communication with the seller. Following a damaged parcel, several emails to inform the seller and no reply. I had to block payment to get a single return email offering me a choice of returning the parcel or taking photos to return only the damaged products. After my reply, no confirmation email or information, or explanations, or even apologies. No information on parcel dispatch, tracking number etc. .... In short, we didn't know if the parcel had left or not and when it was due to be delivered. No voucher, no commercial gesture for the inconvenience. In short, we pay and that's all we're good for, so we don't talk about it! The politeness either no response to emails . thank you .
The cardboard briks with mapl water mapl3 were flattened under the weight of mapl syroup bottle of 1 liter and mapl spread. Please take this into consideration please.

Hello, the DPD driver didn't take the trouble to deliver the parcel to my home as planned but dropped it off at a relay point (of his choice). The problem was reported by e-mail to Les Trésors d'Érable, who replied that they would pass on the information to DPD. In view of the amount spent on their site, a commercial gesture would have been appreciated.

Very good product to recommend
The products are good, but I had ordered 3 cans of maple syrup, in the package there were 2. I sent an email complaint, and to date no response. It's a shame, but I won't be ordering again.

Order RAS. Very well packed. BUT LAMENTABLE DELIVERY. parcel dropped off at another relay than the one initially chosen without any information. It took me more than 1 hour to find my parcel.
The truth is that I was looking for cranberry juice without added sugar and I was a little surprised when I tasted the drink, as it contains sugar.
Product not very qualitative, references ( ex, poutine ...) too bad it generates shipping costs for a potential other order.
Change of delivery address without notifying me, I contacted Les trésors d'érable, the person was supposed to see what she could do, but never contacted again, not very serious, so I was forced to go to the other address to get my package.
I am disappointed it was a Valentine's Day gift I had asked for a gift wrap with a message that I did not get even if I was refunded the result is the same
