Very bad communication with the seller. Following a damaged parcel, several emails to inform the seller and no reply. I had to block payment to get a single return email offering me a choice of returning the parcel or taking photos to return only the damaged products. After my reply, no confirmation email or information, or explanations, or even apologies. No information on parcel dispatch, tracking number etc. .... In short, we didn't know if the parcel had left or not and when it was due to be delivered. No voucher, no commercial gesture for the inconvenience. In short, we pay and that's all we're good for, so we don't talk about it! The politeness either no response to emails . thank you .
The cardboard briks with mapl water mapl3 were flattened under the weight of mapl syroup bottle of 1 liter and mapl spread. Please take this into consideration please.

Hello, the DPD driver didn't take the trouble to deliver the parcel to my home as planned but dropped it off at a relay point (of his choice). The problem was reported by e-mail to Les Trésors d'Érable, who replied that they would pass on the information to DPD. In view of the amount spent on their site, a commercial gesture would have been appreciated.

The products are good, but I had ordered 3 cans of maple syrup, in the package there were 2. I sent an email complaint, and to date no response. It's a shame, but I won't be ordering again.

Order RAS. Very well packed. BUT LAMENTABLE DELIVERY. parcel dropped off at another relay than the one initially chosen without any information. It took me more than 1 hour to find my parcel.
The truth is that I was looking for cranberry juice without added sugar and I was a little surprised when I tasted the drink, as it contains sugar.
Product not very qualitative, references ( ex, poutine ...) too bad it generates shipping costs for a potential other order.
Change of delivery address without notifying me, I contacted Les trésors d'érable, the person was supposed to see what she could do, but never contacted again, not very serious, so I was forced to go to the other address to get my package.
I am disappointed it was a Valentine's Day gift I had asked for a gift wrap with a message that I did not get even if I was refunded the result is the same

Parcel received torn with a large hole open, fortunately the bottle was well wrapped in bubble wrap...and still in the box...
For the products nothing to say, but the delivery by UPS is scandalous to say the least: 1st delivery at home the deliveryman arrives without notice, 2nd delivery to a point relay no news of the package and as I was worried I went to the point relay who had the package for 3 days.
I am disappointed because on the bag of snacks there is no picture of moose (like on the site). My grandson will like it a lot less and I never got the message to tell me that the package had arrived.
My package was missing 2 products
I ordered a box of 25 tea bags as a gift and received 2 boxes of 12! I can't offer this!
Amber syrup is not good. Does not taste like real maple syrup.

I would have liked to receive an email proposing an alternative to the item missing from my order, otherwise nothing to complain about.
The package delivered by UPS was stuck in a locker for which I didn't have the code. I had to call UPS and they finally called back for the code.
Some missing products have been replaced by others. Another indicated as "to be refunded" on the delivery note but still nothing. Customer service that doesn't respond to messages. First and last order for me, even though I ordered over €130 worth of goods.
Parcel announced by ups in 2 working days, for christmas, it is missed, it will be delivered in 1 week!!!!
The shipping was great, but the products arrived with a really short expiration date (1 week). I purchased 1 kg of peanut butter on December 19, and when it arrived, I realized that I should have consumed it by December 29....

Yes for the order but no for the UPS delivery which indicates a delivery date the day before with no time slot and on the 2nd visit sends the parcel to a relay point 11km from my home!
The products are of good quality but when I received them I didn't receive my entire order. The products were very well packaged and received fairly quickly. I am happy with my purchases. However I was missing an item (gift box charged 6 €) A message was made a week ago directly on the mailbox of their website to request the refund. I haven't heard back yet. Maybe they're overwhelmed with the holidays coming up, which I can understand. I hope to hear back from them.
