I'm delighted with the products I've bought. However, it was the first time I had ordered on the site and I did not benefit from the 10% discount and the maple syrup jam could not be delivered to me, probably because it was out of stock. I'm waiting for a refund.

I ordered 4 boxes of vine wine and maple tea from Turkey, in packages of 20 bags) and I received 7 boxes of black Ice Wine Tea from ML21 in packages of 12 bags. I've already sent 2 emails, with no response, and a message on Facebook, where I'm offered a refund because the tea is out of stock it seems. I've had no reply to my request for a return procedure, but the tea is still on sale on the website!
