I ordered a pack of 5 cans of amber and 5 cans of gold when I received 9 amber and 1 gold. Not to mention that 80% of the cans are well dented while well packaged. In short they have refourgués me what they do not expose in sale to the public. Very disappointed

A part of the delivery arrived normally. On the other hand the carrier for the frozen products did not respect the delivery instructions and did not warn us.
The maple sugar I ordered was ok, but the Sortilège "maple cream" (poor little sister to the "Coureur des bois" version) was not great at all. It was more like cream of bad whiskey washed down with water, flavored with a maple syrup *flavor* and not the real thing.
The 5 metal containers for the maple syrup are all pressed in. 3 of 5 cookie wrappers are also pressed in. They were supposed to be gifts!

The delivery is still a problem, GLS is not allowed to drop the packages on the proposed site... my package is wandering several days before finally arriving at my home at my request... We must remove this site from the proposals ... thank you ... otherwise, the products are top ...

Some products are not of good quality
The product is perfect and would have justified the 5 stars. But the shipping was not a good experience. Having paid for a home delivery, the delivery man came right during the 2 hours of the week with no one at home and I had to go pick up the package in a store that was not very accessible (difficult parking). So if I had let him do it (delivery in a relay), I would have paid less for delivery and chosen a more easily accessible shop... so a not good customer experience at all. I probably could have chosen the delivery date (but I didn't see the feature, as with other delivery companies) and the delivery guy didn't come a second time. Are there any sites selling the same products with clearer delivery? I'll look into it.
It seems to me after a simple calculation that your jugs do not contain 1 liter each but 1/4de gallon, can you certify me this volume.

The discounts I had when I made my choices were not applied. When I received my items I noticed that the use-by date of my tea was 3 months, in a supermarket I would not have bought it. No worries with the second product purchased.
The parcel was sent quickly but...one star less for a jar of unscrewed maple jelly that spilled into the parcel fortunately without touching too many other things....and a second star less because no way to arrange to have the jelly delivered again as it was out of stock.I had to ask if I could send the same jelly but with Espelette chillies which was the same price but I had no news... For an order of more than 230e.... a little effort of communication would have been appreciated. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the service.
Positive: Conforming products and fast shipping. Arrived on time. Negative: I asked for it to be a gift but paid for gift wrap unnecessarily as nothing was wrapped. The invoice with all the prices was sent to the person I was giving it to. And finally, I had written a little note (suggested by the site) which NEVER arrived. For the purchase of the poutine cheese you have to pay 20€ extra delivery and on top of that, it didn't arrive at the same time as the rest of the order... so the person had to be at home 2 days in a row otherwise, no delivery. In short, yes it was nice to offer products from Quebec but several things (for which I paid) are to be reviewed. It's a shame

The poor tracking of the carrier prevented me from placing an order for Christmas to avoid a delay in delivery and not having my order in time. I reported it by email to Trésors d'Erable without any answer. The relay point broke its contract, resulting in a change of relay point and a delay in delivery - I only found out about this when I went to the news centre.
I paid extra for the gift wrap but nothing is wrapped and it's just paper bags but not gift wrap. Too bad otherwise great products

Very fast delivery. Everything was fine except for a metal can of maple syrup that was stuck. I decanted the contents into another container. It was not a gift, fortunately. I love the products on this site.
The box of cakes was a bit damaged and the label that closed the lid was not maintained (and does not stick by the way, I put tape ^^)... For a gift, it's a bit average but it's not serious... The rest was well packaged and the delivery was fast. For the products themselves, I can't say anything! Thanks for the little gift with my products!
Products received quickly except for the poutine which took more than 8 days to arrive. The shipping price is exaggerated, it is more expensive than the product. I got screwed.
A lot of cardboard packaging for very small products. They will be dropped at Christmas so I can't comment on the quality.

Delivery of frozen product was catastrophic despite the price. No commercial gesture. Otherwise the quality of the products is good.
