I've ordered a candy dispenser and I find it hard to believe that it's delivered empty. It was probably noted and I didn't see it, but this obliges me to order some with additional delivery charges (which I'm therefore going to pay twice), which I find borderline.

This is the first time I order. I ordered on June 17th. After complaints, I was told that I would receive my parcel on August 24. I don't doubt the quality of the products, but I find the delivery times absurd! You shouldn't wait for a parcel with the specific intention of making a gift for someone...

Extremely long lead times compared to what was advertised on e-bay. But order tracking was precise and pleasant.
Delivery times are unacceptable (3 months) and not respected. The lack of communication in this area is non-existent. It's a shame.
It would be necessary to be more precise on the products and to indicate possible nuisances relating to noise etc. because once received the product is very noisy and unusable to be in a room of student and to contain drugs.
