I was very disappointed when I received the purchased product, which in no way matched the photos. After consulting the after-sales service (who no longer replied), I should have read article 3/26, which states that photos are not necessarily revealing. As a result, I ended up with a completely different product than advertised in the photos, and one that didn't meet my expectations at all... Shame!

Dear Customer, The quantity of chewing gum that you ordered is respected but indeed as we indicated to you by e-mail following your complaint the two missing colors are due to the fact that the chewing gum balls are now with natural dyes whereas on the photograph the dyes were artificial and are not manufactured any more. Also know that if the product does not correspond to your waitings you have 14 days to turn over it in its packing of origin against a refunding or a credit. Thank you for your comprehension.
