We understand your frustration with the difficulty you are experiencing with the suspension mechanism, which does not seem to hold properly in the horizontal position.
We would like to assure you that this problem is known to our services and that several of our customers have been able to resolve it effectively. We advise you to tighten one of the suspension axles very firmly, possibly using pliers, to ensure greater stability. This should enable your suspension to maintain its position as desired.
