As a reminder, the dimensions were validated together before manufacturing to ensure an optimal fit. Nevertheless, we remain at your disposal to understand what may have happened and to find a solution if needed.
Net ordered online. Very good support from the sales representative who patiently answered each of my (many) questions. Net delivered quickly with all the information: instructions, link to explanatory videos. Valuable resources for someone who is a bit handy but has never done this before. In the end, everything went well; I may have put in a few more anchors than necessary (excessive caution): this added to the installation time. The installation was long and a bit tedious, but by being patient, vigilant, and methodical, it went well. The only downside: the net is a bit 'loose'. This was expected and even mentioned, and I had to tighten it once (after two weeks). And now I think I will have to tighten it again. This doesn't bother me much, but the net is more comfortable when it is taut. I hesitated to give 4 stars because I feel that the red and green strings (used to indicate the direction of the net installation) were poorly positioned. I highly recommend Loftnet for the quality of the material and the support from their teams.
