One note: since these are online purchases, it would be desirable to increase the number and descriptiveness of the photographs of the items for sale (I am particularly referring to trampolines for sports catamarans). It is for having allowed us to resolve our problem quickly that I give a score of 5 because mistakes happen, but that they are resolved nowadays is rare, it is easy nowadays to keep pushing the blame without ever taking responsibility. We received a product that did not match our request. This can happen. But I would have liked our problem to be resolved more quickly. The lack of communication is a serious fault in this case.

But I had requested (in the small comments box) an additional sample (if possible) of the smallest net (mesh 6.5x7mm) existing on your site and my client is interested in that mesh.
