Great service and very good advice
Hello, My net not being rectangular, and the dimensions not being very different two by two, I would have liked markers to be indicated on each side so as not to have to make trials which, due to some misfortune no doubt, forced me to redo it three times before installing the net in the right direction. Since your purchase in 2017, we have improved our products to facilitate their installation. Now, all our nets with complex shapes are equipped with markers in the corners, clearly indicating the direction of installation. These markers, along with a detailed installation manual validated by a control office, aim to simplify the assembly and reduce the risk of errors.

The contact and support beforehand were very professional, helpful, and accommodating. We are totally thrilled with our living net; it looks very appealing, is well made, and is a real eye-catcher. The only point of criticism is the instructions for setting up the living net. Partly in poor German and hard to follow, especially the lacing or the knots to secure the net took several hours because of this! However, we would definitely recommend the provider, as we are very satisfied with the end product!
