Excellent service perfect info.
Nothing to complain about the delivery of the product. On the other hand, concerning this last one (a Jieldé lamp), I noticed a badly screwed shade, and the bracket of the lower part mounted askew. Given the long manufacturing time of the product and its high price, I expected a quality of assembly otherwise more rigorous.

Perfect delivery, very nice products.
The product was exactly as ordered. Good service when needed and no issues. They could improve on communications around delivery, but that was just a minor thing.
We always send delay information emails, but it can happen that they arrive in spam...
Indeed Jieldé lamps are handmade to order in France, which requires a delay of 4 to 5 weeks, but when you love you don't count, right 😉 See you soon, the Lumitop team .
