In the website, I was not clearly informed that there was no chandelier. Indeed, at first I made a search with chandelier. I clicked on models that interested me (chandelier + colored cable) then in my cart, it was found that a set of cable which I could change the color + black cover ... In short, everything was fine but the chandelier had "disappeared" during my browsing, and unfortunately it was at the reception that I realized it. ==> The material is quality and I will keep it, adapting another chandelier, but it did not go well on the site during the purchase. The package arrived late and the wire of the white light was stained with black, too bad but I don't recommend it.
You ordered your lamp on Saturday, November 9 at 20:22 with a request for delivery MONDIAL RELAY (average delivery time of 4 to 5 days).
I sent you an email on Tuesday morning, November 12, informing you that during the assembly of your lamp, I realized that my spool of white cable had defects (small black spots) and that I unfortunately did not have another in stock.
I sent back the reel with factory defects to my supplier and I ordered white cable again urgently.
I warned you of the delay and I even offered to send you your lamp by Colissimo pro 2 days at my expense.
I had no answer from you following my two emails.
After having received the new white cable without any defect, I assembled your lamp in priority on November 14 in the morning and I sent it by Colissimo Post at my expense in order to make up for 1 DAY of DELAY!
Reminder of the delivery time for the creation of a personalized lamp: 2 to 3 WORKING days.

Cables not stripped enough for socket connection, malfunction
Our creations and assemblies are systematically tested and verified before being sent.
It is possible that the material or the connection had an anomaly, in which case, you should have informed us and not to intervene by yourself by dismantling the device.
We could have immediately exchanged the device at our expense, of course, which would have allowed us to know exactly what the problem was.

Very large choice on the site, fast reception. On the other hand the quality is average (the brass color is not uniform and the plastic of the socket is of bad quality).
You have purchased a walking lamp with a brass cage; the color of the brass cage can vary significantly depending on the parts and indeed sometimes present slight red reflections.
As for the socket with integrated switch, it is not made of plastic but of Bakelite, and the sockets are of very good quality, certified in accordance with the strictest European standards (IMQ-ENEC and NF-EN 60.598-1 for installation in a portable lamp). Made in Italy.
